Sat PillaiCEO, CircledUp

Sat Pillai had an epiphany after 25 years working globally in strategy and policy, finance and technology, and people and operations, with firms such as Procter & Gamble, Capgemini Consulting, and Bank of America: the root cause of many business problems and global challenges arise from our ineffective and inefficient ways of working in groups. To fix that, he founded CircledUp, an analytics firm that reinvents the way stakeholders work together to build successful, inclusive, and sustainable initiatives. In his spare time, he is an advisor on Environment Policy at the Federation of Small Businesses, an evangelist of the Circular Economy, and a practitioner of lighthouse parenting. Sat is a graduate of Imperial College (Chemical Engineering) and The Wharton School (MBA).
