Rosemarie Truman is an entrepreneur, growth strategist, distinguished corporate executive, angel investor and prolific startup catalyst. Currently, Rosemarie is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Advancing Innovation (CAI), a 501c3 non-profit which has been coined “Tinder for Startups” and “Shark Tank on Steroids.” Rosemarie also led IBM’s Innovation Strategy Practice globally where she led growth strategies for 50 of the global Fortune 100 companies in over 15 countries. In the Ed Tech arena, Rosemarie was a pioneer in creating growth strategies for SaaS-based enterprise training and ideation platforms in the corporate learning sector. At IBM, Rosemarie’s launched the investment strategy InnovationJam platform, which was the forerunner in ideation platforms to harness employees learnings. She has also led the education capability improvement roadmaps for some of the largest companies in the world leveraging cutting edge ed tech platforms. The strategies that Rosemarie led have resulted in $300+ billion in “net new” top line yearly revenue and 190+ new products on the market. In her spare time, Rosemarie also writes for Forbes and sits on company boards.
