Mr. Marquez served as the space policy advisor to two Presidents and has an extensive background in civil and national security space activities of the U.S.
Marquez served as the Director of Space Policy for Presidents Bush and Obama. He was responsible for the development and execution of U.S. national space policy. He also held positions in the acquisition, requirements and policy fields of U.S. national security space programs. Peter graduated from George Washington University’s Space Policy Institute with a master’s degree in Science and Technology Policy.
At Planetary Resources, Mr. Marquez works with the U.S. Government and the international community on domestic and global opportunities that will assist Planetary Resources in achieving its long-term mission.
