Odile Prevot is an international corporate lawyer qualified as Avocat a la Cour in France as well as Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
As an international lawyer for more than 17 years, Odile specialized in international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships having worked for Graham & James, KPMG, and PwC in Sacramento, Paris and London. She has provided legal advice to multinational corporations and private equity firms in a variety of sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, energy, transport, agriculture, defense, and consumer goods.
Today, Odile provides advice on strategic alliances, contract negotiations and legislative matters. Most recently she has been involved in international development policy, as well as capacity building for civil society organizations and small and medium enterprises.
She also runs Serge Betsen Academy, a charitable organization based in West Africa, where children are provided with medical facilities, education, as well as rugby tuition.
Odile graduated from Paris II-Assas Law School, received her LLM from McGeorge School of Law in California, and qualified with the College of Law in London. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
