Natalie Foley is VP & COO at Peer Insight, an innovation consultancy that combines design & business problem-solving techniques to help organizations create new experiences, new services and new business models. Her expertise is in design thinking and customer-centered problem-solving in complex environments. With a background in strategy, technology implementation, and change management, Natalie has led projects for IBM and Price water house Coopers in various countries, functions, and industries. The diversity of her experience is brought to bear throughout the innovation lifecycle; enabling strong exploratory and divergent thinking while understanding the ins and outs of execution. She has worked across sectors, with clients such as Allstate, DTE Energy, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Kimberly-Clark, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Natalie serves on the board of the DC Social Innovation Project. She holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The College of William and Mary.
