Kritika Singh is a malaria researcher, and the Founder and CEO of Malaria Free World, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization aimed to raise awareness about malaria and foster research. She is also a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Kritika was only 16 when she founded Malaria Free World in August 2014 after learning about the impact of this epidemic on millions of people around the world. Kritika’s efforts have been recognized in many media publications including the Huffington Post, TEDx , FOX Teen Choice Awards 2015, the Fairfax County Times, and Great Day Washington. Kritika enjoys educating students about malaria as part of her Malaria Masters program, and motivates them to start making a difference by getting involved in STEM.
