Jeff is an impact-focused entrepreneur that creates and drives innovative business models tackling pressing urban challenges. Jeff was previously Director of Project Development at P3 Global Management (P3GM), a smart city startup that developed mobility public-private partnerships with cities. Jeff created the first-ever municipal contract for peer-to-peer parking in the U.S. with the City of Pasadena and advised Move Systems in the launch of eco-friendly mobile restaurant vehicles (i.e., food carts) in New York City.
Prior to moving to NYC, Jeff was Vice President with Delphos International, a DC-based boutique financial advisory and consulting firm focused on innovative financing for infrastructure projects in the emerging markets. From large-scale renewable energy, telecoms infrastructure, and real estate projects, to affordable housing, schools, distributed water and energy projects, Jeff helped private companies to structure and tap into the financial resources of development finance institutions (DFIs) and government agencies located in Washington D.C. and across the globe.
Jeff holds a B.A in International Finance & Marketing and Spanish Literature from the University of Miami (FL). Jeff is a registered representative and holds a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Securities License.
