Danah Al Yahya

“Danah Al Yahya is a gifted high school student, a member in the Ministry of Education’s Council and a Saudi inventor who invented “The Foot Correction Shoe.” She worked on her first invention at 12 years old. At the age of 15, Al Yahya won the first place and the biggest prize in the “IBTIKAR 2013” international exhibition competing against professors, doctors, engineers and graduate students. She also won 5th place at the National Olympiad of Scientific Creativity among almost 60,000 participants from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has been one of the Saudi team ambassadors participating in the International Expo-Science. Al Yahya is an avid advocate for developing new ideas and inspiring youth to build a knowledgeable international community.”
