Bryan Bloom is ENODO Global’s Chief Financial Officer. Bryan joined ENODO in 2015 from Barclays’ Investment Banking Division where he conducted leveraged-buyout and refinancing analyses for sponsor-targeted companies. He performed due diligence on acquisition targets to identify critical business and financial risks and create mitigants across multiple industries. Prior to Barclays, he was a Managing Consultant with IBM Global Business Services. At IBM, Bryan delivered supply chain management process improvements and acquisitions for various public sector clients.
Bryan’s passion to promote private sector driven economic development and support stability operations in underdeveloped countries was realized while assigned to the Task Force for Business (TFB) in Afghanistan. At TFB, Bryan created a leveraged, multi-sector $30mm private equity fund, structured deal-specific investments, and facilitated corporate, academic, and nongovernmental organization partnerships to create jobs and develop human capital. He advised seven local start-up companies on business operations, marketing strategies, and product development.
Bryan earned a B.A. from Colgate University with a double major in Economics and Political Science with a focus on economic development in third world countries. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Management.
